With the peak travel season quickly approaching, the Arizona ASTA Chapter is pleased to offer an Educational Seminar on Developments at Sky Harbor Airport – PHX, as well as a presentation and Q&A session by TSA.
Our meeting will begin with a reception at 6:00PM sharp, where food and drink will be served. Following, we will have a presentation by Deborah Ostreicher, Deputy Aviation Director Public Relations with the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. Deborah has spoken with our group before and we welcome her back.
After the presentation by the Aviation Department, we are honored to have Dave Couts, Assistant Federal Security Director for Screening Operations with TSA. Changing criteria have caused long lines and delays, especially at Terminal 4.
Our goal is to update you, so you can inform your clients.
Please bring your questions for both Dave and Deborah. They will be here to help make traveling out of Sky Harbor much easier.
